Why get SUPERCONNECT® LEGO® Serious Play® Certified?

Everyone loves LEGO®!

Which is why LEGO® Serious Play® is a highly effective tool for anyone doing work that involves trust, understanding, insight, communication and connection -- in other words, any work that involves teams or individuals.

LEGO® Serious Play® is powerful facilitation methodology that uses metaphor and storytelling combined with a curated set of LEGO® bricks. It was developed by the LEGO® Group and two European business professors and has been used by global mega brands such as Virgin IKEA and Samsung to boost innovation, develop strategy, and improve team cohesion. LEGO® Serious Play is also an effective tool for education, stakeholder engagement, as well as user and customer research.

LEGO® Serious Play is incredibly powerful for bringing people together to problem solve, innovate, create, connect and share.  The method is especially powerful because it works with whatever you bring to the table: introverted and extroverted, neurodivergent and neurotypical, technical or non-technical, CEO or intern. And when everyone feels included, heard and safe... the hidden knowledge, insights and solutions already in the room get unlocked.

And you can become a Certified Facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play® with us, right here in Perth!

Plus, you'll be trained in the SUPERCONNECT add-on to LEGO® Serious Play, that optimises the method for inclusivity, psychological safety, human connection... and most of all better conversations about difficult things. It's two trainings for the price of one.

"This powerful method helps bring humans together to connect, make sense of things and have real breakthroughs."

- Alex Bakowski, Founder of Possibility Arena & Flow Coach at the Flow Centre

It was amazing to see how the energy level of the room changed… SUPERCONNECT® allowed the students to connect on a completely different level – allowing them to jump over cultural, language, interpersonal boundaries and enter a world of creativity they had no idea could exist… it introduced a sense of connectiveness within the class and stimulated engagement in learning.

A note about LEGO® Serious Play®

As LEGO® Serious Play® is now an open source method, The LEGO Group does not offer an official certification program in the method. Like all LEGO® Serious Play® trainings around the world, this one is not endorsed or sponsored by the LEGO Group. The LEGO Group does encourage people to get properly trained in the method (in programs like this one), but they do not endorse any particular providers. This is also why we offer SUPERCONNECT® Conversation Specialist Certification as an extra layer of credibility and authority for you and for your clients by setting you apart from other LEGO® Serious Play® facilitators.
